  Was served a broken tea pot stem, not only that, a spoon that was in dire need of a wash & some old sodden napkin attached to it to. Was asked, "you want another one yeah....?" with no apology!!!...? Staff continually entered & exited the rear fire exit causing the automated door closure to repeatedly crash shut with a loud slam, not good when you just want to relax sat in the rear of the shop or in fact anywhere as the sound resonated throughout the whole shop. Some simple things need addressing in there, I won't be rushing back there.

  Gamma and Nicole were brilliant as always. Atmosphere in there is shocking though, no one, not staff or customer seems happy. The short blonde man behind the counter was condescending towards Nicole, talking down to her a lot. Nicole still makes the best coffee I've ever had so will be back.
