  Phil Hogan, the owner of 'A Touch Of Tradition' based in Warminster was professional from my initial meeting with him, to the installation of my pleated blinds. I initially gained three quotes from various companies for blinds and shutters for the whole of my house just outside of Bath. Phil was by far the most professional, helpful, competitive in his costing and honest out of the three companies who gave quotes. I was initially considering having contemporary roller blinds in the kitchen, however Phil listened and began to understand the look which I wanted to achieve. From this he suggested the Pleated Blind range with Somfy rechargeable battery operated handheld remotes. My pale grey blinds look modern, sophisticated, subtle and I am so pleased with the choice. Phil came to the house and gave me an initial quote promptly. At the next stage he visited the house and we agreed exacting specifications and products including colourways. A Touch Of Tradition sent me detailed plans and kept me updated throughout the ordering process and fitting stage. One of the reasons I felt confident with the company was that Phil does the initial sales visit, he has a very wide knowledge of the products, does the survey, measuring and finally personally completes the fitting himself. To my mind a person who completes each stage of the business has a much clearer vision and understanding of the product and customer's needs. This is a family business and both Pippa, Phil's wife and Alice his daughter, are based in the showroom. They were helpful and kept me in the picture throughout the whole process. I had to change my fitting date at the last moment , they could not have been more helpful and Alice suggested and confirmed a new date the following week. I would highly recommend Phil and A Touch Of Tradition. It is indeed refreshing to know that this family run company put the customer first.
